Kali Mirch Parwal Recipe

Cooking Time: 45 minutes
Mustard oil
Methi seeds
Chopped garlic
Chopped onion
Ginger paste
Red chilli powder
Turmeric powder
Black pepper powder
Jeera powder


  1. Remove the hard seeds from the parwal
  2. In mustard oil add methi seeds and chopped garlic
  3. Add chopped onion and sauté till it becomes golden brown
  4. Now add parwal and garlic paste. Also add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix well
  5. Sauté this for 10 minutes on low flame or till the time parwal is half cooked and now add jeera powder, salt and black pepper powder
  6. Mix well and keep cooking on low flame till the time parwal is cooked
    It’s done!
