Mustard oil
Methi seeds
Chopped garlic
Chopped onion
Parwal
Ginger paste
Red chilli powder
Turmeric powder
Salt
Black pepper powder
Jeera powder
Steps
- Remove the hard seeds from the parwal
- In mustard oil add methi seeds and chopped garlic
- Add chopped onion and sauté till it becomes golden brown
- Now add parwal and garlic paste. Also add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix well
- Sauté this for 10 minutes on low flame or till the time parwal is half cooked and now add jeera powder, salt and black pepper powder
- Mix well and keep cooking on low flame till the time parwal is cooked
