Ingredients
Oil
Chopped potatoes
Chopped Cauliflower
Chopped Tomatoes
Ginger garlic onion paste
Chopped onion
Bay leaf
Salt
Red chilli powder
Turmeric powder
Dhaniya powder
Garam masala

Steps
- In a pan add refined oil and stir fry potatoes and cauliflower till they become golden brown
- Now take these out, add some more oil and add bay leaf
- Add 1/2 chopped onion and sauté till it becomes golden brown
- Now add ginger garlic onion paste. Add salt, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder and garam masala. Mix well
- Keep cooking on low flame till the oil separates from the masala
- Now add fried potatoes and chopped tomatoes
- Cook this for 5-10 minutes and then add fried cauliflower
- Mix it with the masala and cook it for 2-3 minutes. After this add rice and water and close the lid
Serve hot with chutney!
