Ingredients
10 Bhindi
1/5 tsp Dhaniya powder
1/5 tsp Sauff
1/5 tsp Jeera
1/5 tsp Kalonji
1/5 tsp Methi Seeds
Salt
Amchur Powder
Red chilli powder
Steps
- Dry roast sauff, jeera, kalonji, dhaniya and methi. Grind them in a mixie so that fine powder is obtained
- Add chopped onion and chopped garlic to oil. Saute till pink
- Now take this out in a bowl. Add the above dry roasted masala, red chilli powder, salt, amchur powder( or lemon juice)
- Now mix it
- Split the bhindi in the middle and stuff the above mixture inside it
- Add oil in a wok (kadhai) and add the stuffed bhindi and shallow fry for 5- 10 mins or till the bhindi can be cut with a spoon
- And it’s done!
