Aloo Parval


250 gm parval

2 medium potatoes

1/4 tsp methi seeds

3 chopped green chillies


Mustard oil


  1. Slice parval and potatoes
  2. In a pan add mustard oil and heat it
  3. Add methi seeds and wait for them to pop
  4. Add chopped green chillies
  5. Now add sliced parval and potato
  6. Now cover the pan with a lid and keep cooking it on low flame till the potatoes can be cut with a spoon
  7. Now remove the lid and keep cooking it till potato becomes light golden and crispy. Ensure that you keep turning the vegetables in between
  8. Add salt and it’s done!
