
Ingredients
250 gm parval
2 medium potatoes
1/4 tsp methi seeds
3 chopped green chillies
Salt
Mustard oil
Steps
- Slice parval and potatoes
- In a pan add mustard oil and heat it
- Add methi seeds and wait for them to pop
- Add chopped green chillies
- Now add sliced parval and potato
- Now cover the pan with a lid and keep cooking it on low flame till the potatoes can be cut with a spoon
- Now remove the lid and keep cooking it till potato becomes light golden and crispy. Ensure that you keep turning the vegetables in between
- Add salt and it’s done!
