Besan

Red chilli powder
Turmeric powder
Palak Patta (Spinach leaves)
Pomegranate
Curd
Sev
Chopped green chillies
For Imli chutney
Imli paste

Jeera

Steps
- Take besan in a bowl and add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Mix well and add water.
- Dip spinach leaves in this mixture and fry them
For Imli chutney
- In a pan add oil and Jeera
- Add chopped ginger and sugar
- Add a little bit of water and keep stirring continuously on medium flame
- Add red chilli powder and salt into this mixture
- Now add tamarind paste
- Keep cooking till the mixture reaches thick consistency and then take it off the flame
For assembling
- In a plate assemble palak patta and put curd over it
- Put imli chhutney and garnish with chopped green chillies, sev and pomegranate
