Palak Patta Chaat Recipe

Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Red chilli powder
Turmeric powder
Palak Patta (Spinach leaves)
Chopped green chillies
For Imli chutney
Imli paste
Red chilli powder


  1. Take besan in a bowl and add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Mix well and add water.
  2. Dip spinach leaves in this mixture and fry them

For Imli chutney

  1. In a pan add oil and Jeera
  2. Add chopped ginger and sugar
  3. Add a little bit of water and keep stirring continuously on medium flame
  4. Add red chilli powder and salt into this mixture
  5. Now add tamarind paste
  6. Keep cooking till the mixture reaches thick consistency and then take it off the flame

For assembling

  1. In a plate assemble palak patta and put curd over it
  2. Put imli chhutney and garnish with chopped green chillies, sev and pomegranate

It’s done!
