The second outlet of the famed Biryani and Quorma Express comes up at Sector 29 with more depth in their flavours and I am compelled to control my hunger pangs. Why? Please read on:
Keema Kaleji: A person not acquainted with keema will also fall in love with it. Because the gravy is rich with spices (tangy also) and fine keema and the liver pieces are cooked so well that their usual firmness has been lost. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Chicken Quorma: They have certainly improved their quorma gravy which is smooth and oily and slightly hot. The chicken pieces are tender and well drenched in the rich gravy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Mutton Biryani: If the rice grains were a it moist, I would have stated this one as one of the best biryanis served in Gurgaon. Because the spices are not overdone, the mutton pieces are succulent and subtly loaded with spices and the whole fried green chillies provide a perfect maelstrom of flavours. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
I would definitely recommend their garlic based raita which is flavourful and healthy at the same time.
