Ingredients
1/2 cup ghee
2 cups besan
1/2 cup sugar
Dry fruits
Steps
- Add ghee to pan and heat it
- Now add besan and slow roast it till it becomes golden brown. Keep stirring continuously. Roast for approximately 35-40 mins
- Now take it off the heat and let it cool
- Now add sugar and mix well. You can add roasted dry fruits as well.
- Roll into balls using one hand
And it’s done!!
